1. Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible, items must be:
• Unused and unworn
• In their original packaging
• In the same condition as received
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support team at support@santferinnovation.com to request a Return Authorisation (RMA). Include your order number and the reason for the return in your message.
Once approved, carefully package the item(s) and ship them back to us.
• Domestic orders: Return shipping is free.
• International orders: Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense (unless the return is due to our error).
3. Refunds
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 2–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
• Domestic orders: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• International orders: Both original shipping costs and return shipping costs are non-refundable (buyer’s responsibility).
• Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item (for a different model, style, or variation), please indicate this when requesting your return. We will process the exchange once the returned item has been received and approved. Additional shipping costs may apply for exchanges.
